Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage program timelines and track status of deliverables from Product Definition to OK to Launch
• Identify dependencies across tasks and program teams to ensure alignment
• Track risk and manage mitigation plans
• Communicate with development partners and customers to align program plans and escalate vehicle issues
• Develop and manage program budgets and track expenditures
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve bill of material cost targets
• Implement and manage change to meet desired outputs
• Present progress reports, problems, and solutions to stakeholders
• Champion prioritization of safety and quality
• Support continuous improvement of vehicle development and program management processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Product Development
• At least 5 years of experience in program management of hardware/software integrated products
• Experience at an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier or OEM
• Strong organizational skills and passion for process-oriented solutions
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• Experience in a high-growth, mission-driven startup
• Experience working with Japanese Automotive OEMs or Suppliers
• Experience with ADAS or Vehicle Control products
