Senior Program Manager - Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Salesforce transformation programs ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines
• Establish program governance including executive reporting and risk management
• Own program financial performance including revenue realization and margin protection
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders to align programs with business goals
• Lead, mentor, and develop Salesforce Project Managers and delivery teams
• Ensure delivery teams follow Agile best practices and quality assurance standards

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce consulting delivery experience in a System Integrator or consulting environment
• Proven experience leading multi-project Salesforce programs (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Experience Cloud)
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery models and enterprise program governance
• Demonstrated experience managing program financials, forecasts, and commercial outcomes
• Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
• Program management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe)
