Senior Programmer/Analyst - CRM Systems

Responsibilities

• Build new digital tools by defining requirements, designing, coding, testing, and integrating systems
• Maintain and enhance existing CRM tools and processes to ensure high-quality software and data
• Synthesize data insights through reports, dashboards, and business intelligence products
• Contribute to architectural strategy and implement standards supporting CRM systems
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce and relevant technologies

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce platform (Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components)
• Demonstrated knowledge of modern general purpose programming languages
• Experience with web integration architecture and structured testing/QA practices
• Proven track record of delivering large scale system functions on time and budget
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Commitment to understanding systems of oppression and personal growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certifications (Administrator or Platform Developer I)
• Experience with large non-profit business processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Leadership experience
