Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct technical staff or Project Managers on complex water system design projects
• Lead construction administration including progress meetings, submittal reviews, and RFIs
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and QA/QC reviews for project teams
• Oversee technical accuracy of plans, specifications, reports, and calculations
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating fees
• Present technical information to clients and at public meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 12+ years of related experience with 8+ years specialized in drinking water
• Professional engineering license (PE)
• Experience in consulting engineering industry
• Experience working with local clients and regulatory agencies
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Experience in project management within the AEC industry
• Ability to work in both field and office settings
