Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and milestones for innovation, renovation, cost savings, IT systems, and mission-based projects
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and deliverables through weekly meetings and project trackers
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions to mitigate delays
• Facilitate and present project pipeline to executive leadership, providing status updates and strategic alignment
• Support Stage Gate process for new product development and operational initiatives
• Define clear criteria and deliverables at each project lifecycle stage to evaluate feasibility and resource allocation
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews and approvals at key stage gates
• Lead training sessions on new processes, tools, and best practices for operations and project management

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in Project Management, Business, or Operations for CPG companies
• Prior experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver against project-based objectives
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across functional teams
• Strong analytical skills with ability to process data for long-term strategic decisions
