Responsibilities

• Lead the development of project plans to support functional areas or workstreams
• Proactively monitor execution of project plans and deliverables to ensure successful program milestones
• Anticipate potential risks, resource bottlenecks, and inefficient processes
• Develop and implement proactive risk mitigation plans
• Manage stakeholders and navigate a highly matrixed organization with geographically dispersed teams
• Drive initiatives and solve complex issues through conflict management and facilitation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 8+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management roles within pharma/biotech
• Experience in late-phase development organizations
• Familiarity with clinical trials from a project management perspective
• Full understanding of drug development business processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NDA submissions
• Experience using Planisware Enterprise or Office Timeline
• Understanding of clinical, preclinical, CMC, or regulatory affairs
• High competence in Microsoft Project or equivalent PM tools
