Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve creative workflows and operational frameworks
• Serve as the primary operational partner for clients, leading delivery and status meetings
• Translate client priorities and campaign needs into actionable project plans
• Own project timelines, deliverables, and campaign calendars
• Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve project tracking and efficiency
• Manage resource planning, staffing, and team capacity
• Mentor junior project managers and foster cross-functional collaboration
• Evaluate delivery processes and implement continuous improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in a digital or creative agency
• Proven experience building and optimizing project management systems and workflows
• Strong client-facing experience and relationship management skills
• Expertise managing complex, multi-disciplinary creative projects
• Experience with resource planning and capacity management
• Proficiency with Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, and Airtable
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools for operational efficiency
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
