Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle digital transformation projects from inception to implementation using agile methodologies
• Define project objectives, scope, estimates, timelines, and resource requirements
• Develop project strategies and plans, selecting methods and tools required for delivery
• Keep multiple projects on track and on budget, resolving client issues as needed
• Monitor progress and budget against plan
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical advice and resolve problems
• Manage scope and respond to changes in requirements
• Ensure quality through project planning, execution, and quality control techniques
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to maximize results and minimize consequences
• Work closely with end users, business technologists, and other stakeholders to prioritize business goals and develop system requirements and design specifications
• Provide solutions, leadership, and motivation to project team members

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years client-facing digital project management experience, preferably using agile methodologies
• Minimum 2 years agency/consultancy experience (5+ years preferred)
• Minimum 2 years managing large-scale website projects (including discovery, strategy, UX, creative design, development, QA, deployments, maintenance)
• Exposure to digital marketing solutions such as Sitecore and Salesforce
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Delivery-focused and proactive

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency/consultancy experience
• Experience with Jira/Confluence
• Ability to earn SCRUM certification within 90 days
• Arabic language a plus, but not required
