Senior Project Manager - Land Development

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex Land Development projects including Master Planning, Transport Planning, Roads, Utilities, and Landscape
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve project goals
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure deliverables meet expectations and align with budgets
• Develop project budgets, monitor expenditures, and allocate resources efficiently
• Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
• Manage project scope, schedules, and work breakdown structures to prevent scope creep
• Implement quality management processes and maintain a quality culture across the project
• Oversee procurement activities, including change control and subcontractor appointments
• Establish stakeholder communication plans to ensure accurate information flow

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Land Development disciplines (e.g., Civil Engineering, Utilities, Roads, Transport Planning, or Master Planning)
• Proven project management experience on large and complex Land Development projects in the Middle East
• University degree in Civil Engineering or a related Land Development discipline
• Strong technical background in infrastructure or master planning
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity with periodic travel to KSA if based in the UAE
