Senior Project Manager, Middle East and Egypt

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and construction process for new developments, conversions, and renovations
• Act as the primary AD&C representative and point of contact between owners, consultants, and Hilton stakeholders
• Prepare monthly internal project reports highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans
• Review consultant submissions and provide technical recommendations during project evaluation
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance
• Oversee snagging inspections, project handover, and hotel opening readiness
• Undertake Property Improvement Plans (PIPs) for conversion and rebranding projects

Requirements

• University degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality design, construction, or project management
• Experience managing multiple hotel development projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of local building regulations and international Fire & Life Safety standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of construction projects and a track record of successful delivery
• Supervisory experience
• Experience leading and monitoring outside consultants
