Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of roadmap initiatives across the Internal Products organization
• Partner with technical leads and business stakeholders to translate priorities into executable project plans
• Own project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery forecasting
• Establish and facilitate agile delivery practices including Scrum and Kanban
• Manage team backlogs, sprint planning, and Jira Service Management workflows
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Finance
• Track team capacity and delivery metrics to optimize performance
• Document project plans and operational processes for organizational visibility

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical project or program management experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience supporting Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations internal platform teams
• Strong experience with Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations
• Proficiency in managing roadmap-driven development and operational work in agile environments
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, and capacity planning
• Experience managing Jira Software and Jira Service Management intake workflows
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, SQL, and ETL pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HubSpot, Zendesk, Gong, Outreach, LeanData, or Marketo
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent agile certification
