Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary delivery partner for the Streaming Intelligence product line and Data Platform, converting roadmaps into actionable project plans.
• Lead end-to-end program management for AI pipeline initiatives, including model evaluation cycles and benchmarking programs.
• Manage vendor integration workstreams, tracking deliverables, SLAs, and roadmap alignment with external AI partners.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination across product, engineering, data, design, and QA to ensure aligned execution.
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and incorporating AI tools into delivery workflows.
• Track and report on product line KPIs, including accuracy benchmarks, processing latency, and content coverage.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in project or program management within software engineering environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical programs involving AI/ML, data platforms, or complex technical domains.
• Working fluency with AI/ML concepts such as model accuracy, prompt engineering, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to partner with senior product leaders to translate strategic vision into structured delivery plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with computer vision, video processing, or media pipeline programs.
• Familiarity with vendor management for AI/ML services and negotiating SLAs.
• Background in sports media, sports data, or adjacent technology domains.
• Exposure to modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, Kafka) and medallion architecture patterns.
• Experience with OKRs, KPIs, or strategic planning frameworks in a product-led organization.
