Senior Project Manager

Backed by Quinbrook and Blackstone, we are assembling a strategic portfolio of data center sites in Tier 1 markets across the United States to deliver best-in-class solutions to hyperscale customers with a focus on sustainability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day coordination and execution of data center tenant fit-out and customer deployment projects
• Provide mentorship and oversight for Associate Project Managers
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, consultants, and vendors to advance project scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate delivery of white space build-outs including racks, containment, and MEP infrastructure
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action item logs
• Lead coordination meetings with internal teams, design consultants, and contractors
• Support procurement activities including contract administration and change order review
• Ensure compliance with data center operational standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in data center construction, tenant fit-outs, or mission-critical facilities
• Experience managing customer-facing fit-out projects within operational or shell data center environments
• Strong understanding of MEP systems including power distribution and cooling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or P6 is a plus
• Ability to travel 25-50% for project sites or company gatherings
