Senior Project Manager - Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle digital transformation projects from inception to implementation using agile methodologies.
• Provide agile project management oversight for multiple projects.
• Define project objectives, scope, estimates, timelines, and level of effort.
• Develop project strategies and plans, identifying the required methods and tools.
• Ensure projects stay on track and on budget, resolving client issues as they arise.
• Monitor project progress and budget, reporting against plan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems and deliver technical advice.
• Manage scope by coordinating and responding to change requests from original specifications.
• Ensure project quality through proper planning, execution, quality assurance, and control.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
• Work with end users, business technologists, and stakeholders to clarify and prioritize business goals and needs.
• Develop and refine system requirements and design specifications into technical design.
• Provide leadership, solutions, and motivation to project team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of client-facing digital project management experience, preferably in agile environments.
• Minimum 2 years agency/consultancy experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Minimum 2 years managing large-scale website projects (including discovery, strategy, UX, design, front-end development, QA, deployments, and maintenance).
• Experience with Salesforce project management.
• Ability to earn SCRUM certification within 90 days.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital marketing solutions such as Sitecore and Salesforce.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence.
• Arabic language skills (useful but not essential).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presentations.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience.
