Senior Project Manager - Software Background

Responsibilities

• Ensure project completion on time and within scope
• Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Develop and maintain project processes, standards and best practices
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks
• Manage project changes with minimal impact to timelines and budgets
• Continuously improve project delivery methods and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years
• Software projects
• Project tools
• Team leadership
• Risk management
• Budget management
• Agile/Scrum

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or Prince2 certification
• Experience with enterprise software delivery
• Experience with JIRA, MS Project or equivalent
• Familiarity with cloud-native development lifecycles
• Strong stakeholder management in UAE or regional markets
