Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define project goals, scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and accountability
• Allocate resources effectively, manage project budgets, and monitor expenses
• Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and facilitate audits to maintain regulatory compliance
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
• Prepare comprehensive project reports, documentation, and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in pharmaceutical or life sciences
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
