Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships across Dubai and the UAE
  • Conduct professional property presentations and arranged viewings
  • Lead negotiations and manage contract execution with accuracy
  • Analyze market trends and prepare client advisory reports
  • Mentor junior consultants and support team performance and growth

Requirements

  • 2+ years Dubai experience
  • Leadership potential
  • Fluent English
  • Sales track record
  • Self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

  • UAE broker card (preferred)
  • Existing client network in Dubai
  • Multi-language ability
  • Proven high-value deal closures
