Responsibilities

• Leverage industry expertise and an established network to drive business growth

• Represent the Driven brand within the Dubai real estate market
• Mentor less experienced consultants and contribute to team success

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate market
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a client-focused approach
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai secondary market
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
• Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic are a plus)
• Self-motivated and capable of generating business independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Real estate certification or relevant industry qualifications
• Valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle
