Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and manage high-value client relationships in Dubai's dynamic real estate market

• Mentor less experienced consultants to contribute to team success
• Utilize negotiation and closing skills to deliver exceptional results for clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate market
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, specifically the secondary market
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
• Valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
