Senior Purchasing and Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create and implement procurement processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy
• Manage the full purchase order lifecycle, including tracking and supplier follow-up
• Coordinate supplier communications regarding order status and delivery schedules
• Assist with supplier onboarding and vendor information management
• Support invoice collection and management for Legal and Funding teams
• Maintain accurate supply chain data within procurement and inventory systems
• Generate reports on inventory, open purchase orders, and operational performance
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Logistics teams to resolve supply chain issues
• Support project execution by ensuring material availability
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency and data accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
• Experience with procurement systems (Coupa or Ariba)
• Familiarity with inventory management and logistics processes
• Experience in field operations, infrastructure deployment, or technology hardware environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Operations
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
