Senior QA Analyst (ETL)

Responsibilities

• Perform automated testing and API testing for complex applications and scenarios
• Design and execute test strategies from technical specs to source-to-target mappings
• Document plans for anticipated risks and blockers to increase team velocity
• Serve as a technical SME during sprints to ensure successful delivery
• Conduct recruiting interviews and analyze candidates for hiring
• Present testing plans, metrics, and insights during sprint review meetings
• Mentor peers and junior team members through code reviews and collaboration

Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional experience in relevant technology and projects
• Extensive SQL and Data Warehouse testing experience (Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, Power BI)
• Advanced T-SQL skills for testing ETL processes, KPIs, and metrics
• Experience leading automated testing for web and mobile applications
• Proven ability to communicate technical and business value to client stakeholders
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure data sources
• Experience with SSAS cubes
• Proficiency with version control systems
