Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test suites covering frontend user flows, backend coordination, and API contracts
• Build deterministic tests for order submission, slippage enforcement, and transaction lifecycles
• Automate regression coverage for critical trading paths and validate frontend state against on-chain truth
• Create mocks, fixtures, and local chain environments
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Triage failures and work with engineers to enforce testability at the architecture level

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA engineering with a strong automation focus
• Proven experience testing complex, stateful systems
• Proficiency with modern frontend automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium)
• Experience with API and integration testing
• Ability to design deterministic, non-flaky tests
• Strong debugging skills across frontend, backend, and execution layers
• Clear written communication and disciplined documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing trading systems, financial platforms, or real-time systems
• Familiarity with blockchain execution models and on-chain state
• Knowledge of wallets, signing flows, gas estimation, and slippage/MEV scenarios
• Experience running tests against local chains, forks, or testnets
