Senior QA Engineer - SDET (RM)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with team members (Developers, Product Managers, Customer Support, and Partners) to develop detailed, comprehensive automation test cases and deliver high-quality products.
• Prevent, analyze, and track product defects/issues and perform root cause analysis of test script failures.
• Identify test script deficiencies and create solutions for additional scripted coverage.
• Conduct investigatory testing of unreleased features, including defining requirements, behavior, and impact.
• Document and design test scenarios for all areas above.
• Stay updated with the latest technology to enhance the team's testing process, methodologies, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years' experience in relevant QA responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of software QA automation methodologies, backend testing, automation frameworks, and design processes.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, with hands-on coding and scripting experience (Java preferred).
• Skilled in conducting root cause analysis to identify and solve software quality issues.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to work independently.
• Passion for breaking things and solving problems—curious about both the “what” and the “why.”
• User-focused mindset with strong logical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior knowledge in blockchain or exchange-related domains is highly advantageous.
