Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work within a Scrum Squad to follow and maintain established QA best practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine Stories and Acceptance Criteria, including AI-driven features
• Design and review test scenarios and develop C# Integration Tests, React tests in Playwright, and Contract Tests (Pact)
• Identify high-level test strategies and quality risks, specifically for AI/ML systems like hallucination and drift
• Monitor and report on quality trends such as bug churn
• Leverage AI tooling like GitHub Copilot to accelerate test authoring and analysis
• Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and technical workshops

Requirements

• 5+ years in a Quality Assurance role
• 3+ years of experience with C# .Net/Net Core
• Knowledge of TypeScript
• Experience with API Integration Testing and Functional UI Testing using Playwright
• Strong understanding of OOP and S.O.L.I.D principles
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Understanding of CI/CD processes supporting automated testing
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in daily engineering workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing AI services or LLM-powered features in production
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as AutoGen, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel
• Knowledge of non-deterministic testing strategies like probabilistic assertions
• Exposure to React, Azure, Microservices, and Micro-frontends
• Proficiency with Git and branching strategies
