Senior Real Estate Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement real estate strategy for ground leases and property acquisition
• Source land lease and acquisition opportunities for EV charging hubs nationwide
• Manage relationships with brokers, developers, due diligence partners, and landlords
• Negotiate terms including LOIs, PSAs, and Ground Leases
• Coordinate internal efforts for large site acquisition, including zoning and permitting
• Present and secure approvals from the Real Estate Committee
• Collaborate cross-functionally on site design, construction, and asset management
• Identify revenue generating temporary sublease opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
• Or 8 years with a Master's degree
• Or PhD with 5 years of experience
• Proven experience in commercial real estate property purchasing and ground leasing
• Experience with Pro Forma modeling for real estate transactions
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner and collaborate across teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with zoning, rezoning, entitlement, planning, and building codes
• Experience working with land use attorneys and development partners
