Senior Recruiter – Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria
• Source mid to senior-level talent across the UAE and Europe using Workday, job boards, social platforms and non-traditional channels
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding support
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and reports within ATS/CRM tools
• Provide timely, professional communication and an excellent candidate experience
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and advise on compensation and market trends
• Adapt sourcing strategies using market intelligence and hiring forecasts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years recruiting mid-to-senior roles
• Proven experience with ATS/CRM platforms (Workday preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Strong prioritization, multi-tasking and organizational ability
• High attention to detail and candidate-focus

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior recruitment experience supporting engineering, infrastructure or technical functions
• Experience working in a multinational / EMEA talent acquisition team
• Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and offer structuring
• Experience using advanced sourcing techniques and non-traditional channels
