Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles
• Build creative sourcing strategies for niche, hard-to-find profiles
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint
• Run Greenhouse as a power user, including pipeline hygiene and reporting
• Lean into AI tools like Claude to build searches and personalize outreach
• Partner with hiring managers to sharpen role definitions and calibrate profiles
• Use pipeline data to diagnose bottlenecks and improve time-to-fill
• Help build Alt's employer brand and talent networks

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-growing startups
• Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch through creative sourcing
• Deep Greenhouse expertise including administration and optimization
• Strong AI fluency, specifically with Claude
• Excellent judgment in reading candidate signals
• Self-starter able to work autonomously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in marketplaces, fintech, or collectibles
• Experience building recruiting processes or employer brand from an early stage
