Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake to offer acceptance
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership
  • Recruit for a wide range of positions (operations, corporate, support, senior roles, and niche positions)
  • Proactively source top-tier candidates using advanced sourcing techniques
  • Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines
  • Lead complex and senior-level hires independently
  • Ensure a consistently excellent candidate experience
  • Improve and optimize recruitment processes, tools, and workflows
  • Contribute to employer branding and hiring strategy discussions

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a Senior Recruiter
  • Knowledge of Russian Language is a must
  • Proven track record of closing roles across different functions and levels
  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of recruitment outcomes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Russian
  • Experience working with international or remote teams
  • Strong sourcing expertise and market awareness
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a remote-first or international environment
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
  • Strong understanding of talent market trends
