Job description
Responsibilities
- Outbound sourcing to identify and engage top-tier candidates across sales, technical, and business functions
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through offer and closing
- Lead recruiting efforts for GTM functions including BDRs, AEs, partnerships, and sales leadership
- Assist with recruiting for engineering, product, and technical infrastructure roles
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align on talent strategy and interview processes
- Refine recruiting operations, sourcing strategies, and hiring workflows
- Represent the company externally to enhance employer branding
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or both)
- Proven success hiring sales and go-to-market talent
- Strong outbound sourcing and recruiting experience
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Must be located in the United States
- Ability to work some evening hours to accommodate Singapore timezone interviews
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within fintech, payments, or high-growth startups
- Experience building recruiting processes and interview infrastructure from the ground up
- Experience supporting technical recruiting processes
- Agency recruiting experience
