Job description

Responsibilities

  • Outbound sourcing to identify and engage top-tier candidates across sales, technical, and business functions
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through offer and closing
  • Lead recruiting efforts for GTM functions including BDRs, AEs, partnerships, and sales leadership
  • Assist with recruiting for engineering, product, and technical infrastructure roles
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align on talent strategy and interview processes
  • Refine recruiting operations, sourcing strategies, and hiring workflows
  • Represent the company externally to enhance employer branding

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or both)
  • Proven success hiring sales and go-to-market talent
  • Strong outbound sourcing and recruiting experience
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Must be located in the United States
  • Ability to work some evening hours to accommodate Singapore timezone interviews

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting within fintech, payments, or high-growth startups
  • Experience building recruiting processes and interview infrastructure from the ground up
  • Experience supporting technical recruiting processes
  • Agency recruiting experience
