Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across diverse business functions including Sales, Account Management, and Marketing
  • Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers by building hiring plans and crafting job descriptions
  • Build and manage pipelines of diverse, mission-aligned talent through direct sourcing and creative outreach
  • Deliver a top-tier candidate experience from initial contact to offer
  • Use data to report on pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire metrics
  • Champion equity and inclusion in every stage of the hiring process

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience in a high-growth tech or healthcare environment preferred
  • Proven success partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership
  • Proven success sourcing and closing high-quality candidates across various functions
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
