Senior Recruiter – Parsons Corporation – Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified shortlists for mid to senior-level technical and professional roles across the UAE and Europe.
• Source talent using Workday, job boards, social platforms, talent pools and non-traditional channels; build and maintain pipelines.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, reference checks and offer management.
• Maintain timely transparent communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Use ATS/CRM to manage pipelines, track applicants and produce recruitment reports and metrics.
• Lead offer discussions, support compensation recommendations and assist with onboarding handover.
• Provide market intelligence and hiring recommendations to inform sourcing strategy and compensation positioning.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and adapt to changing priorities and hiring forecasts.
