Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage full candidate lifecycle from application to offer for technical and non-technical roles
  • Source, screen and interview candidates to ensure fit for role and culture
  • Provide talent advisory and market insight to Hiring Managers, Engineering Managers, Directors and VPs
  • Maintain SLAs and hiring timelines; ensure timely feedback across interviewers and stakeholders
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience and act as primary point of contact for candidates
  • Advise on market trends, candidate expectations and competitive offers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting backgrounds
  • Experience partnering with engineering leadership (managers, directors, VPs)
  • Track record hiring for product-driven or engineering organizations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing, high-urgency environment
  • Demonstrated ability to provide consultative talent advice
