Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, business, and professional positions
  • Manage candidate screenings, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding activities
  • Source and engage passive candidates in niche motorsports, performance automotive, and high-performance engineering markets
  • Build pipelines of specialized talent including engineers, technicians, and program managers
  • Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Provide market intelligence and compensation data to support hiring strategy
  • Maintain accurate ATS and CRM data

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven success recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or specialized automotive talent
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates in niche talent markets
  • Proficiency with ATS, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools like hireEZ
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of vehicle performance systems and racing operations
  • Existing network within the motorsports or performance automotive community
  • Experience supporting high-performance engineering teams
