Senior Recruiter, Water & Transportation - A/E/C Industry required (Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist)

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process including intake meetings with hiring managers
• Draft job descriptions and provide insights on compensation and market trends
• Proactively source and recruit technical talent in engineering and environmental services nationwide
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with detailed written summaries
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews while maintaining stakeholder communication
• Prepare and extend job offers, including necessary negotiations
• Ensure accurate tracking of candidate progress using ATS tools
• Comply with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through regular follow-up

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience recruiting Water/Wastewater, Drinking Water, or Stormwater Engineers or related technical roles
• Or 8+ years of experience recruiting Transportation, Land Development, Roads, or Traffic professionals
• Proven skills in candidate sourcing, networking, and outreach
• Established network of AEC professionals
• Strong interviewing skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in software and computer systems
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver results in fast-paced environments
