Senior Regional Marketing and Events Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee regionalization and tactical implementation of marketing campaigns including conferences, webinars, digital marketing, and social media
• Provide marketing leadership to develop and execute aggressive marketing strategies for the APAC region
• Capture market intelligence to identify opportunities and react to competitors
• Coordinate the creation and maintenance of a regionalized library of marketing collateral
• Support the Sales team through campaigns, promotions, and on-the-ground conference support
• Ensure a steady stream of marketing qualified leads for sales teams
• Collaborate with the global commercial team to meet revenue and growth targets

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in events within the Life Sciences sector
• Experience in events marketing campaign planning and budget management
• Familiarity with SynBio products and NGS workflows
• Proven experience working with sales teams to drive awareness and sales
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams to deliver shared objectives
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel under commercial pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• BSc or higher in Biology or a related field
• Familiarity with Biopharmaceutical Discovery and Development or Molecular Diagnostics
• Experience with Salesforce and Marketo
• Proficiency in additional languages
