Responsibilities
- Partner with the AE as an advisor, holistically analysing the account to leverage renewals/upsell.
- Participate in regular, strategic account planning.
- Collaborate with our teams to provide compliant, proactive solutions.
Requirements
- A strong background in renewal sales or account management.
- Excellent communication, and a proven ability to build rapport and trust.
- Fluent in Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Curiosity, with a desire to understand our customers' goals.
- Previously worked in Cyber Security, or a hyper-growth SaaS vendor.
