Responsibilities

  • Partner with the AE as an advisor, holistically analysing the account to leverage renewals/upsell.
  • Participate in regular, strategic account planning.
  • Collaborate with our teams to provide compliant, proactive solutions.

Requirements

  • A strong background in renewal sales or account management.
  • Excellent communication, and a proven ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Fluent in Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Curiosity, with a desire to understand our customers' goals.
  • Previously worked in Cyber Security, or a hyper-growth SaaS vendor.
