Senior Researcher - Diffusion and Vision Research

Responsibilities

• Characterize video datasets and maintain up-to-date data scorecards and metrics
• Design and execute targeted evaluations of video models to identify data gaps
• Define and maintain evaluation sets and slices that reflect real-world use cases
• Build relationships with external researchers to identify emerging video data needs

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree with 4+ years of industry experience in machine learning, computer science, or a related field
• Proven experience with diffusion models or video models
• Expertise in designing and running model evaluations and data analyses
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to independently scope research questions and drive experiments to completion

Preferred Qualifications

• Publications or open-source contributions in data-centric AI
• Experience developing evaluation frameworks or performance metrics for training data
• Prior work on video generation or understanding models and their benchmarks
• Experience collaborating with industry or academic labs on video research
