Senior Rev Ops/Salesforce Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Track KPIs of the Growth Team including quota attainment and pipeline coverage
• Analyze data to improve processes and increase ROI
• Own ongoing administration, upkeep, and optimization of Salesforce
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose scalable solutions
• Manage user access, licenses, roles, permissions, and security settings
• Maintain ticketing workflows and prioritize requests for the Salesforce roadmap
• Enforce data hygiene standards and perform regular quality checks
• Configure Salesforce features including fields, page layouts, record types, automations, dashboards, and reports
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation
• Monitor the health of Salesforce integrations and partner with engineering on connected systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Certified Salesforce Administrator or actively pursuing certification
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security, and data models
• Experience with ticketing systems and project management tools
• Proficiency in Salesforce flows, reporting, and tracking revenue KPIs
• Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and adjacent systems
• Experience writing release notes and training guides

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in developing data and AI skills to improve reporting and operational insights
