Job description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM leadership to design and execute revenue strategies to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles
  • Define and manage rules of engagement, territory models, and account assignments
  • Lead forecasting and pipeline inspection cadences to maintain high accuracy
  • Map and improve end-to-end revenue processes from lead routing to renewal
  • Deploy AI-powered workflows for lead research, scoring, and routing
  • Own the GTM tech stack, ensuring data integrity and automation across systems
  • Build dashboards and reporting for pipeline, bookings, churn, and expansion KPIs
  • Lead high-impact projects such as system migrations and pricing changes

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM roles
  • Experience in SaaS environments
  • Advanced Salesforce administration and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Meta or Looker
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments
  • Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills
