Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design, administration, and roadmap of the GTM systems stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Gong, and DealHub.
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator, managing users, complex automation (Flows), and data governance standards.
  • Administer and evolve the CPQ infrastructure via DealHub to support pricing rules, approval workflows, and contract execution.
  • Lead system integrations to ensure reliable data flows across the entire revenue tech stack.
  • Manage GTM technology vendor relationships, including contracts, pricing, and licensing.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Drive AI and automation initiatives to optimize revenue workflows and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, systems administration, or sales operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, custom objects, and complex reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with DealHub CPQ or a comparable CPQ platform (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Conga).
  • Proven experience managing GTM tool contracts and vendor relationships.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with executive leadership.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a 100% remote, asynchronous environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, Gong, Default, Everstage, or Seismic.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and BI tools like Sigma, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Experience supporting sales teams through high-growth scale-up phases (Series B through Series D).
  • Exposure to Product-Led Growth (PLG) business models.
  • Experience with middleware or integration platforms like Workato, Tray.io, or Zapier.
