Senior SailPoint ISC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute SailPoint ISC implementation projects, including configuration of identity sources, access profiles, roles, and workflows
• Design and build integrations between SailPoint ISC and target systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, and ServiceNow using APIs
• Develop certifications, access request workflows, and separation of duties (SoD) policies
• Configure and customize workflows using JavaScript-based rules and REST/SCIM APIs
• Lead technical discovery sessions and solution design workshops with client stakeholders
• Provide architecture guidance for identity governance and RBAC
• Mentor junior consultants and engineers on SailPoint best practices
• Participate in pre-sales activities including scoping and technical demonstrations

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow/Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or systems integration environments
• Strong understanding of IGA concepts: provisioning, access certifications, SoD, and RBAC
• Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise systems (AD, Azure AD, Workday, SAP, etc.)
• Proficiency with SailPoint workflow engine, JavaScript, and REST APIs
• Solid understanding of identity protocols: SAML, OAuth, SCIM, and LDAP
• Excellent client-facing communication and workshop leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) certification
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and migration projects
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Java
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like SOX, HIPAA, or GDPR
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Security
