Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical presentations and engage in high-level technical conversations with IT departments, CIOs, and channel partners
  • Own the POC and Pilot process, including coordinating logistics, assessing customer requirements, and assisting with initial configuration
  • Provide first-level technical support throughout the pre-sales cycle to remove sales obstacles
  • Develop professional responses to customer RFPs/RFIs and create Statements of Work (SOW) for Professional Services
  • Effectively position Dedrone technology against competitive offerings
  • Capture customer feedback and requested features to provide actionable insights to Product Management and Engineering teams
  • Represent the company brand and values at industry conferences and tech summits

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of customer-facing pre-sales or consulting experience
  • Proven experience selling SaaS-based solutions
  • Strong networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, Ethernet, PoE) and Linux proficiency
  • Understanding of physical security and IP-camera technology
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Associates degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or 5+ years of relevant professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of drone technology or experience in flying drones
  • Knowledge of security protocols, IPsec, InfoSec, and hacking methodologies
  • Experience developing Statements of Work (SOW) or similar technical documentation
