Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of customer business drivers and decision-making processes
- Connect Hammerspace technology solutions to measurable customer business outcomes
- Partner with account managers, specialists, and channel partners to drive revenue growth
- Lead technical evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations
- Deliver technical product and architecture presentations to customers and prospects
- Translate customer business needs into innovative storage solutions
- Lead responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
- Drive interoperability, functional, and performance testing initiatives
- Liaise with product and technical marketing to create supporting materials
Requirements
- 5+ years pre-sales experience in Data Storage / Data Management
- Deep understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing architectures
- Experience with NFS and Linux distributed network environments
- Knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN)
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Native architecture, containers, and provisioning automation
- VMware, networking (Ethernet, TCP/IP), and distributed systems expertise
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
