Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead deep technical discovery with engineering teams and technical founders
  • Translate customer ambition into production-feasible architectures
  • Partner with Sales on strategic deals and influence deal strategy
  • Define measurable success criteria for PoCs including latency, throughput, and cost
  • Identify recurring configuration patterns and surface insights to Product and Engineering
  • Drive structured Go / No-Go decisions for customer workloads

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of AI inference systems and GPU-backed infrastructure
  • Experience with LLM workloads and performance-sensitive environments
  • Experience with inference frameworks like vLLM, SGLang, or TensorRT-LLM
  • Ability to reason about latency, throughput, cost, and architecture tradeoffs
  • Strong customer presence with engineering-first organizations
  • Commercial awareness regarding engineering resource allocation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Python
  • Experience with Langchain, Langsmith, or smolagents
  • Knowledge of FastAPI or Flask
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Git
  • Familiarity with AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML
