Senior Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own technical relationships with strategic customers and prospects
• Lead complex technical evaluations from discovery through production deployment
• Build production-grade demos, reference architectures, and proof-of-concept deployments
• Drive competitive displacement from legacy orchestration tools like Airflow and Dagster
• Develop technical content including blog posts, webinars, and tutorials
• Help customers design and deploy AI-native workflows and agent orchestration
• Shape the product roadmap by synthesizing customer feedback
• Mentor GTM team members through technical coaching and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a solutions or sales engineer
• 3+ years supporting enterprise sales cycles
• Strong Python skills with experience building data pipelines or ML infrastructure
• Deep familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with workflow orchestration or pipeline management tools
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Pulumi
• Ability to lead multi-month technical evaluations with senior engineering stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience migrating organizations off legacy orchestration tools
• Familiarity with MCP, LLM application frameworks, or agent architectures
• Background in data engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Datadog
