Senior Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and craft tailored AI governance solutions
• Conduct compelling product showcases, proof-of-concepts, and presentations
• Translate technical capabilities into clear, customer-focused benefits and outcomes
• Engage directly with clientele to articulate technical value propositions and address objections
• Architect integration strategies between AI governance software and existing customer technologies (SASE, firewalls, APIs, SIEM)
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to influence the product roadmap
• Stay informed on cybersecurity, AI compliance, and data governance developments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or sales engineering
• Experience in enterprise software, cybersecurity, or AI governance
• Familiarity with SASE (Zscaler, Netskope, etc.) and Firewall technologies (Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.)
• Experience with Windows/Mac environments, API integration, and SIEM solutions (Splunk, QRadar)
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
