Responsibilities

  • Build a book of business from the ground up through direct prospecting, relationships, and referrals
  • Lead the consultative sales process including business development, client research, objection handling, and demos
  • Draft statements of work and pricing proposals
  • Master the company value proposition and competitive landscape
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Extensive experience selling into the health insurance industry
  • Proven ability to build a book of business and hunt for new opportunities
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and demo skills with the ability to demonstrate ROI
  • Experience selling to insurance leaders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
