Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across assigned provider markets including health systems, hospitals, and academic medical centers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract execution
  • Lead strategic sales activities including account planning, executive stakeholder engagement, and proposal development
  • Partner with Account Management, Solution Architects, and Product teams to develop account strategies
  • Proactively generate pipeline through market research, executive outreach, and industry events
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes involving clinical, operational, financial, and IT decision-makers
  • Use Salesforce to document activity, manage pipeline, and maintain accurate forecasts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience
  • At least 8 years of successful enterprise sales experience, preferably in healthcare technology
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas of $4 million or more
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with large health systems or integrated delivery networks
  • Strong understanding of provider healthcare operations such as utilization or care management
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to travel 40%-60% for customer meetings and industry events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Administration
  • Experience selling SaaS, clinical decision support, or enterprise workflow solutions
  • Experience using AI-enabled sales tools like Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger
  • Knowledge of clinical guidelines and provider utilization management
