As an independent advocate and trusted partner during healthcare's most challenging moments, our team of experts works alongside physicians to orchestrate the best treatment, advocacy, and support to deliver measurably better outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive meaningful growth by exceeding sales quotas
  • Lead complex, consultative sales efforts with employers, benefits brokers, consultants, TPAs, and captive insurers
  • Develop and execute targeted go-to-market strategies and territory plans
  • Build and maintain a healthy, forward-looking pipeline
  • Act as the voice of the customer by gathering market insights to influence product and strategy

Requirements

  • 7+ years of success in complex B2B sales within the employer benefits ecosystem
  • Established relationships with employers, benefits brokers, or consultants
  • Proven ability in full-cycle sales including prospecting and closing
  • Ability to operate as a self-directed individual contributor
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience selling point solutions into the employer market is strongly preferred
