Senior Sales Manager, Dubai (Russian Speaking Derivatives Community)

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive sales and community engagement, particularly within the CIS markets. Responsibilities include sales & community building, support content creation, customer support, data analysis and reporting, and collaboration with other teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new prospective retail clients, focusing on expanding BitMEX communities locally.
• Develop and implement a community engagement strategy, with a specific focus on CIS markets.
• Partner with marketing to create compelling content.
• Monitor community engagement metrics and provide regular reports.

Requirements

• Experience in the Crypto industry and a strong understanding of cryptocurrency market and blockchain technology.
• Proven experience in cryptocurrency trading or fintech sales, with a minimum of 4 years in a responsible role.
• Business proficiency in English, and native fluency in Russian language.
